As a licensed occupational therapist and Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist, I provide specialized, hands-on care for people recovering from surgery and cancer treatment, as well as those seeking lymphatic support for everyday wellness.

My postoperative lymphatic therapy uses gentle manual lymphatic drainage to help manage swelling, tightness, and discomfort after cosmetic, reconstructive, and orthopedic procedures. Each treatment plan is built around your procedure, your stage of healing, and your surgeon’s protocol.

For breast cancer survivors, I address the lasting effects of lumpectomy, mastectomy, lymph node removal, and radiation, including lymphedema risk, scar tissue restrictions, shoulder and arm mobility, pain, and fatigue. My goal is to help you return to the activities that matter to you.

I also offer conservative support for early capsular contracture after breast augmentation or reconstruction, using lymphatic drainage and soft tissue techniques to ease firmness and discomfort and improve tissue mobility around the implant, in coordination with your surgeon.

Beyond surgical recovery, I provide lymphatic therapy for general wellness and for pre- and postnatal care, helping clients reduce fluid retention and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

Throughout every phase, my care is gentle, clinically grounded, and tailored to you.

Please see my CV for more details.
